Programming of PLC?s and HMI?s. Improve plant troubleshooting capability & efficiency. Execute plant technical projects requiring instrumentation and controls work. Support IT improvements in safety, quality, and productivity. Assist leadership team with systemic line enhancements for future capacity gains.
Qualifications
Bachelor?s degree in Technical Field preferred. A minimum of two years experience in a process control related field within a manufacturing plant. A proven Team Player with ability to interact with all levels of management, clients and vendors. Participates actively in daily production meetings and partners with the business to improve productivity.
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to be applied in design, programming and troubleshooting of automation systems. Recommends and implements process improvement solutions.
Communicates technical topics effectively to non-technical personnel. Provide technical training to plant personnel. Experienced with Continuous Improvement methodologies such as 6 Sigma and LEAN.Apply for this job
